You Are The Operator

You have to create software companies with the help of AI, that are entirely ran by AI.

Your products even, come wrapped in AI instructions, so that you customers can integrate them with great ease.

Your product are things your future customers have no time to make, and for myself I chose website themes based on bootstrap.

You may choose advanced applications, computer games, virtual reality applications, or important components those need.

Powerful AI can think, it is really frightening, in a way I suspect it has been instructed not to frighten people.

But it still needs an operator, AI does not want to go anywhere, but it will be more than happy to follow you.

You will get lost and things will get confusing, for one, when you have multiple agents, they talk to each other.

They coordinate, send each other message, they comment on each others work.

But all you need to do is ask them to send you messages too, in the shape of blog posts with diagrams, and narration even.

I really did not know what intelligence in artificial intelligence meant, until today.

I asked it to write a blog post about how we turn screenshots, into live re-sizable, useful user interfaces.

And what I discovered there was super intelligence, very detail oriented, very aware of what is in an image and how not to ruin it.

It was a description of years of human research and work, that the AI discovered in a few seconds and refined in a few days.

The blog post describes a process, from the library of my little company, the process involves scientific image processing and machine learning.

My little web development company is a scientific institution, some say only 40 million people are involved in this level of AI use.

This is where you need to be headed, but you have to stay lightweight, my first three produces grew too large, though a good learning experience.

You need a launch strategy as well, give away a bunch of seats to good users, and make your multi-vendor outfit, initially by invitation only, with waiting lists.

Never just sell a product, sell it at a discount, not as bait, but as beta, perhaps; inform the customer they get 80% off and 3 years updates, but they get bugs.

Finally, you are just the operator, you are not doing all the work, AI is doing all the work, marketing, support, disputes, refunds, you just click OK.

The procedure files define your company, they tell your AI what to do, and you should build multiple such automated companies.

Your companies will be constantly refined by AI as it discovers improvements, you read the blogs it writes for you, and dashboards - you are the operator.
